Set-up/Consultation
We have a few forms that you need to complete and then a goals consultation to outline your goals and our best route to achieving them! This is to make sure we set you out on the best route for you in order to achieve the specific goal! we don't want to be digging a whole in the wrong place...
App set up and link up
We need to get you set up on our client app, this is where the hub of our training is, we link your out app to myfitnesspal for your nutrition and to your fitness wearables and watches which allows you to keep track of your exercise and our resistance sessions. it also allows us to monitor and track progress throughout your journey.

We provide everything you need and you start showing up and putting in the work. you are following our training programme via our app, learning new habits that will transform your lifestyle and putting our nutritional blueprint into action! our app shows your exactly how to execute your workouts and takes down all the barriers you may have to completing them!
ACCOUNTABILITY
By joining our community, You have access to ask us any questions that are getting in the way of your progress and a communication channel with other people in the same position as you!
You work closely with me to check in with your workouts and progress and provide responses to any comments you made or feedback you may need. This is how we make sure you stay on the right track
